MAD Foodcamp Symposium

So, just four days to go until the most exciting food event of the year, René Redzepi's MAD Foodcamp, and its accompanying Symposium.

The Symposium will feature quite simply the most exciting chefs working in the world right now – David Chang, Andoni Aduriz, Michel Bras, Yoshihiro Narisawa, Magnus Nilsson and Gaston Acurio, as well as the god-like mastermind that is Harold McGee.

And me.

I'll be hosting the event, introducing each and every one of the speakers, from 10am Saturday to whenever it ends on Sunday.
